Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in our Montana stores to lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a high-performance team. You will manage inventory, coach associates, and deliver outstanding service while meeting financial targets and maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and customer service practices.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet sales and service goals.
