Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
