This role emphasizes dependable, customer-focused service, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. A valid license and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and drive-safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; report issues with vehicles.
