Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Michigan to support both commercial customers and DIY shoppers with expert automotive advice and reliable delivery service. You will drive company vehicles, load/unload parts, and uphold safety standards while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate deliveries.

A valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift are required; English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of parts to commercial customers; load and unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report any vehicle issues promptly.
