Qualifications

• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Delivery operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns & pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety compliance – Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & charge transactions – Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Product knowledge & fleet maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products via AutoZone systems and report issues.
