Job summary

AutoZone in Ohio is looking for a Delivery Driver to help protect WOW! customer service by delivering parts and providing dependable, friendly service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.

You will drive company-provided vehicles, load and unload parts per route, and maintain accurate deliveries while adhering to safety policies and PPE guidelines. Strong communication with store staff and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance are required.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and offering automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
