Job summary

NAPA is hiring a Store Delivery Driver to safely transport automotive parts across the metropolitan area. You will deliver on time, engage customers professionally, and help with stocking and store operations.

The role offers flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, with competitive pay and benefits in a Fortune 200 company environment. Prior delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach (up to 8 feet) and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
• Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening.
• Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts to customers on time and accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships with friendly, professional service.
• Pick up parts from vendors and maintain inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks.
• Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
• Support store operations by handling dispatch, shipments, and shelf restocking as needed.
