Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Lead and work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies to meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
