Empire Auto Parts in Knoxville seeks a reliable Delivery Driver to join our distribution team. You will safely deliver aftermarket collision auto parts to customers, verify deliveries against invoices, and collect payments at the point of service.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, maintain accurate records of routes and payments, and provide courteous customer service while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Auto Parts: Safely and efficiently operate a Sprinter van to deliver aftermarket collision auto parts to customers' specified locations.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers upon delivery, following company guidelines and protocols.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining a positive image for the company.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of delivery routes, payment transactions, and mileage.
• Vehicle Safety: Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols while driving and loading/unloading.
• Loading and Unloading Safety: Safely load and unload auto parts using proper lifting techniques.
