Job summary

AutoZone is seeking delivery drivers to support our commercial and DIY customer base. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts, provide product knowledge, and ensure accurate loading/unloading per route schedules.

A strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service is essential. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and basic automotive knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with customers and shoppers, providing automotive advice and services.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Process returns, cores, and pickups with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues to dispatch or management.
