Qualifications

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule: full-time including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Lead and collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
