Job summary

Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative Supervisor to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in the auto and truck parts industry. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring superior customer service, managing team performance, and improving overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Knowledge of auto and truck parts.
• Decisive, innovative problem solver.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales management required.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the storefront, manage employee daily schedules, breaks, and task lists
• Welcome customers, assist with their inquiries, and guide them to the right solutions
• Hold team members accountable for delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude
• Monitor customer service operations, including tracking parts orders and team member productivity
• Train employees on company software, policies, and procedures
• Set, communicate, and follow up on goals and tasks for the team to ensure accountability
• Foster a culture of excellence in customer service through accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude
• Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions
• Master company software to assist customers and support team members
• Handle customer transactions (cash and card) using the company’s point of sale system
• Proactively resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
