Job summary

Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a team member for our busy Toyota Parts Department. The role involves assisting in selling, ordering, and delivering parts to our service department and walk-in customers.

Pay is weekly, hourly plus commissions, with a $40,000-$60,000+ annual range based on experience. The ideal candidate has automotive parts sales experience, familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales is preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
• Dealership or auto parts store experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General computer skills and familiarity with several software systems.
• Professional customer service skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid IL driver's license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling, ordering and receiving of parts.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Monitor, track and receive parts orders and shipments.
• Generate and receive purchase orders.
• Tag and monitor warranty parts.
• Complete all training courses and certifications that apply.
• Stay up to date with service bulletins, recalls and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
• Assist in general upkeep and efficiency of the parts department.
• Be team oriented and collaborative.
