Job summary

Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Jackson, MI is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Parts Counter Sales associate to be the face of the store, helping customers, processing sales, and building knowledge of parts and services. The role requires 3 years of automotive field experience, strong communication, a valid driver9s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend rotation; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, and tuition-related

Qualifications

• Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must have valid driver9s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
• Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!
• Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
• Support our customers9 needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
• Contribute to the store9s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
