Job summary

Classic Collision in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Parts Clerk to support our busy collision centers. You will verify parts, check in, label, and distribute parts to workstations to keep repairs moving efficiently.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. We offer $20-$24/hr, weekly pay, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills.
• General parts knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
• Verify correct parts with mirror match.
• Distribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstations.
• Post and scan parts
• Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts
• Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
• Complete parts hot runs as necessary
• Maintain pending credits at zero.
• Keep the work area clean and well organized.
