Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator at our Greenville Service Center. You will inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while coordinating with Body Technicians to confirm arrival and accuracy of parts and estimates.

The role requires 1+ years of order fulfillment experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work in a fast-paced shop, adhering to Caliber and OEM standards, with opportunities for career

  • Must have 1+ years of experience completing orders or vendor management preferred.
  • Be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Service Center Greenville JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
  • Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
