Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator in San Antonio, inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations while ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians.

You will follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment, with 1+ years of order experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly pay and overtime are provided in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
