Job summary

Caliber Collision Oxnard is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role requires following Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment.

You will support parts flow, ensure accurate part distribution, and collaborate with technicians to maintain production efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR AUTO PARTS COORDINATORS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO: (Please remove if not located in a Salary Transparency State)

• $19 to $23 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred


• Must be 21 years of age or older

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.


• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal


• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders


• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
