Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator in Ocala, FL. You will inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to perform physical activity (lift over 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced shop.

The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
