Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator at our Marion, IN service center. You will inspect, verify and distribute auto parts to workstations, ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians while adhering to Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one. This role requires 1+ years of parts/order experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders.

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Abilities / Skills / Knowledge

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
