Caliber Collision in La Mesa is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations, ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians.

You will follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to efficient shop operations while maintaining safety standards. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Vendor management experience preferred.
• Ability to complete orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to read and understand written estimates and work orders.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Job Summary

Service Center La Mesa. Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Salary

$22-$25 per hour

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Abilities / Skills / Knowledge

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
