Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator in Grand Junction, CO (East Service Center). The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, while ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians, and adhering to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

Compensation is $17–$19 per hour with weekly pay and potential overtime. Benefits begin day one and include medical, dental, and vision, plus paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance

Responsibilities

• Inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations.
• Confirm arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
