Caliber Collision Flower Mound on Justin Rd is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations, confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. This role follows OEM standards and uses state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of order fulfillment experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
