Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator at its Decatur service center to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while ensuring arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role requires following OEM guidelines and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
