Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator at the Blue Island service center to inspect, verify, and distribute auto parts to workstations while ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians. This role follows Caliber and OEM standards using our equipment.

Qualified applicants should have 1+ years of order fulfillment experience, be 21+, and hold a valid driver’s license with eligibility for company insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and understand estimates and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, verify and distribute auto parts to workstations.
• Confirm arrival and accuracy of parts with Body Technicians.
• Follow Caliber and OEM guidelines and safety standards.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

• $18-20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
