Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter in Morrow, GA to prepare color tint, mix paints and ensure OEM-standard application, masking, and reassembly before returning vehicles to body techs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paint ops experience in a collision center; an Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing certification is preferred; must read and understand estimates and work orders, with strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure all formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Manage masking, disassembly and reassembly as needed before returning the vehicle to the body technician.
• Work in a fast-paced collision center environment and collaborate with teammates.
