Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience in paint operations within a collision center, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint operations within a collision center preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with Auto Painter.
• Assist Auto Painter with sanding, buffing, and prep work.
• Maintain and clean paint booth and workspace.
• Support production flow to meet daily targets.
