Job summary

Caliber Collision Sparks is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter, including sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

The role requires at least 1 year of paint operations experience, being 18+, and a valid driver's license with eligibility for Caliber's insurance. Collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Sanding and buffing as part of prepping vehicles for painting.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for clean, safe operation.
• Assist Auto Painter to repair vehicles to Caliber and OEM standards.
• Support production flow to ensure efficient workflow.
