Job summary

Caliber Collision in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting and keeping the booth clean and safe. You will assist with sanding, buffing, and general maintenance, ensuring adherence to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment, with overtime opportunities for hourly staff.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
• Sand and buff surfaces as part of the prep process.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and thoroughly in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow. Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace. Auto Painter Helpers will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
