Job summary

Caliber Collision Milford OH is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prep vehicles for painting, assist the Auto Painter, and keep the paint booth clean and organized. You will perform sanding and buffing, handle light maintenance, and follow safety standards to ensure quality workmanship in a fast-paced production shop.

This role offers training through I-CAR and ASE programs, opportunities for career growth, and weekly pay with potential overtime based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber insurance policy.
• Nice to have: collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as part of preparation and finish.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safety and efficiency.

Service Center Milford OH JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow. Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace. Auto Painter Helpers will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
