Team USA Collision is a leading nationwide truck collision repair company seeking an experienced Automotive / Commercial Truck Painter to join our team in Little Rock. The role focuses on delivering high-quality paint work, efficiency, and consistency across projects.

You will work with professional spray equipment, ensure precise color matching, and maintain a clean, safe paint area while meeting production deadlines. Join a team that values craftsmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive or commercial truck painting experience required.
• Experience with PPG paint products preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to produce consistent, professional-quality paint finishes.
• Experience painting large commercial vehicles is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare vehicles and surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and apply automotive paint using professional spray equipment.
• Perform complete paint jobs, panel refinishing, and blending as needed.
• Ensure proper color matching and high-quality finishes.

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive / Commercial Truck Painter to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality paint work, works efficiently, and can maintain a consistent level of quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

• Mix and apply automotive paint using professional spray equipment.

• Perform complete paint jobs, panel refinishing, and blending as needed.

• Ensure proper color matching and high-quality finishes.
