Valley City Automotive in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join a team that prides itself on high quality repairs and a drama-free environment.

We recently expanded to a 10,000 square foot facility and currently see 100–150 cars per month. Pay starts around $100k per year, with most technicians earning $110k+ per year. Our shop values growth, training, and a supportive family-owned culture.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Master Automotive Technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We have tripled our sales for the last 2 years and have recently expanded our shop by purchasing a new 10,000 square foot facility. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.9 Google rating. We currently see approximately 100-150 cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $100k per year. Most are making over $110k+ per year.
