Job summary

Rossi Bros Tire and Auto Service in Salinas, CA is seeking an Auto Mechanic to diagnose vehicles, repair automotive equipment, operate shop tools, and explain repairs to customers.

The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 7am–12pm; benefits include medical and dental, vacation and sick pay, and overtime opportunities. Experience in engine, brakes, HVAC, steering and suspension is preferred; training is available for candidates lacking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, brakes, heating/air conditioning, steering and suspension.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles, repair automotive equipment, operate and maintain automotive shop equipment, must own/use your own tools, explain automotive repairs and issues, provide great customer service.
