Job summary

Caliber Collision Burleson is seeking an Auto Mechanic to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specs. You will repair and replace engine parts, brakes, steering and airbags, and perform vehicle alignments with advanced diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' specifications.
• Repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems.
• Perform vehicle alignments and test components using computerized diagnostic devices.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably to Caliber and OEM standards.

Service Center Burleson JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Mechanic to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications, repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems and perform vehicle alignments while also testing components and systems using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices. Auto Mechanics will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Must be at least 18 years of age

ABILITIES / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
