Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Minnesota is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated automotive service team. You will diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems and perform routine maintenance, with full and part-time benefits from day one.

The role offers training, an hourly pay range of $16.64 to $25.99, and opportunities for ASE certification through company-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
