Qualifications

• Must have basic English reading/writing ability.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a Lube Technician training course is required or desired.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customer vehicles in a busy shop.
• Check and change car fluids and filters.
• Check vehicles’ tire pressure and basic maintenance.
• Provide basic services including transmission, differential and radiator tasks.
• Note customer and maintenance information into computer.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Explain services and recommend additional work.
• Accept payment for services.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and surroundings.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
