Job summary

Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase in Memphis is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs, diagnose malfunctions, and road-test vehicles to verify quality. You will complete work per safety rules and manufacturer standards in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience is necessary with opportunities for ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic automotive knowledge and tools familiarity.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Maintain an organized workspace and handle tools and shop materials responsibly.
• Complete safety procedures and participate in training as assigned.
