Job summary

Harvey Automotive Group is hiring a Auto Dealership Porter at our Grand Rapids, MI location to safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles and support the sales team. You will shuttle customers, perform basic vehicle inspections, and provide courteous assistance to customers and coworkers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

We value reliability and a neat appearance; prior porter or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous porter or automotive/dealership experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a neat appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles as directed.
• Shuttle customers to and from nearby locations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues or damage.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers and coworkers.
• Ensure dealership standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are upheld.
