Job summary

Bachman Auto Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to maintain inventory presentation, label vehicles with accurate information, and conduct regular lot inspections. You will support coordination between sales, service and detailing teams and help direct customers to the appropriate staff.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; basic knowledge of automotive makes and models is a plus. A driving record and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentation of inventory and general appearance of lot and building.
• Ensure all vehicles are labeled with accurate information.
• Perform regular lot inspections and address issues.
• Coordinate between sales, service and detailing teams for vehicle prep.
• Manage keys and provide accurate records of vehicle locations.
• Assist customers and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor and report damages or maintenance needs on the lot.
