Job summary

Carvana in Delanco Township, NJ is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain vehicle appearance and support timely deliveries. This part-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $19 and a structured path to raise earnings through performance-based increases.

You will inspect vehicles for cosmetic or safety concerns, wash and vacuum inventory, and coordinate with teammates to ensure a smooth operation across our Market Hubs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Requires standing for an extended period and exposure to various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory including fuel level, safety features and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across the operation.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
