Job summary

Carrigan Auto Group is seeking experienced automotive, light-duty truck, and diesel technicians for our Portsmouth, NH location. We offer competitive pay and a weekday schedule, with modern shop equipment to support high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair across automotive, light-duty truck and diesel systems.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required; proven hands-on ability matters most.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive, light-duty truck, and diesel repairs across a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, braking, and mechanical issues using shop tools and diagnostics.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety, document work performed, and communicate with customers as needed.
• Support a weekday, 8-hour shift schedule with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Carrigan Auto Group is hiring experienced automotive, light-duty truck, and diesel technicians for our Portsmouth New Hampshire location.

Whether your specialty is passenger vehicles, European imports, fleet trucks, diesel diagnostics, or heavy repair, we want to talk to you.

We're Looking for Technicians With Experience In:

• General automotive repair
• Light-duty gasoline and diesel trucks
• Fleet and commercial vehicles
• Electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Steering, suspension, brakes, and alignments
• Engine and transmission repair
• Preventive maintenance
• European and domestic vehicles

ASE certifications are a plus, but experience, attitude, reliability, and the ability to produce quality work matter most.
