Servco Toyota Honolulu Pre-Owned is seeking an Inventory Associate to organize and manage our vehicle inventory. This entry level role could lead to advancement into parts, sales, or service.

The position focuses on maintaining an accurate inventory list, organizing the lot, and handling vendor orders. A driver’s license, basic MS Word/Excel skills, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of clerical experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Automotive knowledge, inventory, and Craigslist ad creation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory vehicle list across the dealership, including organizing and maintaining the key system.
• Ensure the dealership lot is organized appropriately and vehicles are presentable.
• Produce accurate and timely purchase orders for vendors.
• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicle reconditioning logs.
