Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician in Linda, CA with at least 3 years of automotive interior and/or glass repair experience. You’ll be highly skilled in upholstery repair, console and seat work, color matching, and windshield repairs to keep cars in top condition.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $33 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including 100% paid healthcare premiums, PTO, tool/ASE reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
• Skilled in repairing cloth, leather, vinyl, and other upholstery.
• Ability to repair centers consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching.
• Color matching/dyeing of fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged upholstery including cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastics.
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners and related components.
• Color match and dye fabrics to restore original appearance.
• Repair scratches and chips in windows and windshields.
