Job summary

The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz in Michigan seeks a plaintiff auto/personal injury attorney to own pre-suit processes from intake to settlement or potential litigation. You will handle clients, negotiate demand packages, and coordinate with staff to move cases efficiently.

Requirements include a JD and active Michigan Bar admission, 2+ years in plaintiff auto/personal injury, and experience with high-volume caseloads.

Qualifications

• JD and Michigan Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years in plaintiff auto/personal injury, pre-litigation or litigation.
• Michigan auto experience preferred and compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation auto injury cases from intake through settlement or transition to litigation.
• Work directly with clients, providers, and support staff to keep cases moving.
• Review facts, damages, medical records, treatment status, liability, and case value.
• Own demand package preparation, review, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
• Identify next steps, resolve issues before delays, and complete files transitioning to litigation.
