Sweeping Corporation of America in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Auto Glass Sales Representative. You will assist customers with auto glass repair, replacement and tint services, explain options, and schedule mobile service appointments.

Paid training starts at $15.00/hour with uncapped commission; weekly pay by direct deposit. The role offers flexible scheduling, benefits, advancement opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Pay: Guaranteed minimum of $574 per week, with average weekly earnings of $1,000–$1,500 through hourly pay and commissions. Top performers can earn more than $100,000 annually.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts,Monday through Friday

• Weekend availability may be needed based on business needs
