Job summary

Glass America in Burbank, CA is seeking an Auto Glass Tech Trainee. You will join a comprehensive four-month training program with a personal mentor, learning to install auto glass to AGRSS standards and work toward certification.

Upon completion, you may work independently as an Auto Glass Installer with the potential to earn through a lucrative bonus plan, alongside full-time hours and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and aptitude are required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean background check and good driving record.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS Standard.
• Your trainer and mentor will guide you through techniques used by professionals.
• After four months of training, you may work independently as an Auto Glass Installer with a bonus plan.

Responsibilities

As a windshield technician trainee, you will learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass installations with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service. After the intensive four month tech training program, you will have the opportunity to work on your own as an Auto Glass Installer with the potential to make top dollar with our lucrative bonus plan.

• Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
• Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
