Job summary

Fleet Glass Services, Inc. is hiring a Glass Technician to join our team in the Austell and Suwanne, GA areas. You will install, repair, and replace windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring safety and quality on every job.

You’ll diagnose damage, recommend solutions, and travel to job sites as needed with a company vehicle provided. We value craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment glass installation.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a Glass Technician to join our skilled and dedicated team. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Whether you're working on a mining truck windshield or a commercial van side window, your work will directly impact the performance and safety of our clients’ fleets.
