Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services both in-shop and in our Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite’s tools and technology, ensuring safety, quality, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and testing safety systems, operating company vehicles, and maintaining professional standards while engaging customers and promoting services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Safelite SafeTech certification Required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license may be required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform glass repair and replacement at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage job documentation.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Conform to all policies and standards.
