Job summary

Synergistic International LLC is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in Council Bluffs, Iowa. In this role, you will install auto glass for both domestic and foreign vehicles, ensuring an excellent customer experience during every service call.

Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience in auto glass installation and will exhibit strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and competitive hourly rates are offered.

Qualifications

• One year or more of auto glass installation experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass products for domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete calibrations on vehicles with ADAS safety systems.
• Provide top-notch customer service.
• Identify additional opportunities to help the customer.
