Job summary

Glass America in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and install glass in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools to deliver timely, quality service and complete required paperwork for each job.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to stand for long periods, and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilizes proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for customers.
• Completes required paperwork and maintains safe driving record.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Loads glass in the truck and follows up with Glass Manager on issues.
• Maintains high levels of quality control and customer service.
